LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Fortisclamp products are warranted under a Limited Lifetime program. Fortisclamp, LLC (“Company”) extends this limited lifetime warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product (“Purchaser”). This warranty is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.
Fortisclamp LLC warranties that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the tool, or we will replace, refund, or repair it. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper handling, negligence, transportation, storage, alteration/modifications, normal wear and tear, or other actions or events beyond Fortisclamp, LLC’s reasonable control. Fortisclamp, LLC reserves the right to refuse a repair or a replacement. Fortisclamp, LLC will, at its sole discretion, determine if a product submitted for warranty evaluation is eligible for a warranty return and then, if eligible, offer to repair, refund, or replace the defective product. Fortisclamp, LLC will also pay shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective product.

It’s important to note that Fortisclamp, LLC reserves the right to limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer is responsible for any loss not covered by the above warranty, and any loss is limited to the product’s purchase price.

The remedies described above are the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. The company’s liability shall under no circumstance exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for any alleged defective product. The company is not liable for any consequential losses, direct or indirect.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is necessary for the warranty service. Please note that no warranty service will be provided without an RMA number.

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.
